TRAINING TRACKS

Eight tracks. One audit-firm mindset.

Tracks below are the standing curriculum. Each is delivered as a structured programme with workshops, case studies built from anonymised inspection findings, on-platform assessments, and a final certification. CPD hours are tracked in the staff CPD wallet automatically.

TRACK № 01

ISQM 1 Deep-Dive

For Quality Partners, Ethics Partners, Risk Partners, and SoQM project leads

The full ISQM 1 framework — not the executive summary. All eight components, the risk assessment process, the firm-level quality objectives, the deficiency identification and remediation cycle. Built from cases drawn from real FRC AQR, SOCPA peer review, and IRBA inspection observations.

Six modules

14 hrs · 8 weeks
USD 850 / SEAT

TRACK № 02

EQR Reviewer Workshop

For appointed Engagement Quality Reviewers and partners on EQR rotation

A practical workshop for partners stepping into ISQM 2 EQR roles. Threshold rules, file routing, judgement calibration, and how to disagree with the engagement partner without breaking the engagement. Includes simulated reviews of anonymised file extracts.

Five modules

10 hrs · 4 weeks
USD 720 / SEAT

TRACK № 03

Data Protection Foundation

For DPOs, Risk Partners, and operational managers in data-handling roles

A foundation for running the data protection programme — UK GDPR, EU GDPR, KSA PDPL, POPIA, NDPR. Records of processing, lawful basis, data subject rights, DPIAs, and breach notification timing. Practical, regulator-tested, and platform-aligned.

Six modules

12 hrs · 6 weeks
USD 780 / SEAT

TRACK № 04

Cyber for Non- IT Partners

For audit and tax partners with cyber oversight responsibility but non-technical backgrounds

A direct, jargon-light track for partners who chair cyber risk committees but don't write code. What "ISO 27001-aligned" actually means, what NCA ECC and NCSC CAF require, and what the right questions are when the CISO presents.

Four modules

8 hrs · 4 weeks
USD 580 / SEAT

TRACK № 05

AI Governance for Audit Firms

For Risk Partners, Tech Partners, and audit innovation leads

Audit firms are using AI tools (and clients are auditing them). This track covers AI risk in the audit firm's own use of AI, the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, SDAIA guidance, and the ISA implications when AI tools are used in audit evidence.

Five modules

10 hrs · 5 weeks
USD 740 / SEAT

TRACK № 06

Independence in practice

For all professional staff — engagement teams, advisory partners, support functions

The IESBA Code, the regional overlays (FRC ES, EU AR, SOCPA Code), and the practical situations that come up — partner family relationships, second-opinion requests, advisory conflicts, gifts and hospitality, restricted entities.

Four modules

6 hrs · 3 weeks
USD 420 / SEAT

TRACK № 07

Client Acceptance & AML

For partners and managers running client acceptance, AML compliance officers

The client acceptance process from first meeting to engagement letter, with the AML / UBO / sanctions screening, ethical-fit assessment, and continuance reassessment cycles embedded throughout. Calibrated to FATF and regional supervisory expectations.

Four modules

8 hrs · 4 weeks
USD 580 / SEAT

TRACK № 08

Partner Economics

For new partners, partner-track managers, and Managing Partners coaching the next layer

The economics of running a partner portfolio — WIP, recovery, leakage, utilisation, cross-sell, and the leadership behaviours that drive each. Built around the engagement-monitoring view inside falconry.one, not as a generic finance course.

Four modules

8 hrs · 4 weeks
USD 580 / SEAT
§02 / LEARNING PATHS

Curated paths, by role.

Most firms don’t enrol people one track at a time. Below: four standing learning paths, sequenced for the role. Each path costs less than the sum of its tracks; volume bands available for firms enrolling 20+ seats.
Path 01

Quality Partner

For incoming Quality Partners and senior managers on partner track
Path 02

DPO & Risk Lead

For appointed DPOs and the partners who chair risk committees
Path 03

Engagement Partner

For engagement partners running active client portfolios
Path 04

Managing Partner

For Managing Partners and managing committee members
FORMAT

How delivery actually works.

Three formats. Same content, calibrated for the firm’s preference. Most mid-tier deployments use a blend — track 01 in-person for the partner cohort, the rest cohort-online for staff.
FORMAT № 01 · ON-PLATFORM

Self-paced, on falconry.one

Each track lives in the firm's own falconry.one instance. Staff log in, complete modules at their own pace, and CPD hours auto-credit to their personal CPD wallet. Manager visibility on completion progress.
FORMAT № 02 · COHORT

Live cohort, partner-led

Live cohort delivery led by a Falconry partner. Weekly 90-minute sessions, structured discussion, peer-firm anonymised case studies. Most popular format for partner-track managers and senior associates.
FORMAT № 03 · IN-PERSON

Workshop, at the firm

Falconry partners on-site at your firm — typically a 1- or 2-day intensive workshop for partner cohorts. Delivered before the SoQM cycle starts, or before a rotating EQR group steps into role. Most senior format.
§04 / CERTIFICATION

Track completion is recognised.

Each track ends with an assessment and a Falconry Academy certificate. CPD hours are accepted by the institutes listed at the top of this page. For Networks-tier customers, certificates are co-branded with the firm and registered against the institute's CPD record where the institute supports it.

End-of-track assessment

Mixed-format assessment: case-based judgement questions, scenario response, and a short structured exercise on the falconry.one platform.

Falconry Academy certificate

Issued on completion. Includes track scope, hours, completion date, and assessment grade. Verifiable via QR code linked to the firm's CPD register.

Auto-logged CPD hours

Hours register automatically in the staff member's CPD wallet on falconry.one. ICAEW / ACCA-style export available for institute returns.

Annual refresh available

Tracks are versioned per regulatory cycle. Holders may re-take or attempt the lighter "refresher" version annually to keep certification current.

NEXT STEPS

The 45-minute conversation
that pays for itself.

A live walkthrough of an ISQM 1 SoQM evaluation on the platform — against your firm's existing manual and inspection history. You see exactly what the partner view looks like, what the evidence pack contains, and what the 8-week deployment would mean for your cycle.
