In 2023, three of the largest mid-tier audit firms in the GCC asked Falconry Solutions the same question: how do we run an ISQM 1 SoQM evaluation continuously, without the six-week annual scramble — and without buying yet another GRC tool that wasn’t built for audit firms?
The honest answer in 2023 was: you can’t. Not with the tooling on the market. The closest products were enterprise GRC platforms designed for banks and listed corporates — too generic, too expensive, too disconnected from the way audit firms actually evidence quality.
So Falconry built one. The first version of falconry.one went into production at a Riyadh mid-tier in early 2024. By Q4 2025 the platform was running across 4 regions and 11 firms, with ISQM 1, ISQM 2, independence, AML/UBO, cyber and partner economics on one spine. We’ve kept the platform deliberately narrow: built for audit firms, not adapted for them.
The other half of the story is the people. falconry.one is operated by a small team that has, between them, sat as Quality Partner, Risk Partner, IT Director and Practice COO at firms we now serve. We are not a software company that hires audit advisors. We are an audit advisory firm that built and operates a product.
